- Next Weekday Delivery - £5.00 (Excludes holidays)
- Saturday Delivery - £9.00 (Excludes holidays)
EU- Standard Shipping (3-10 days) - £7.50 (Flat Rate)
- Express Shipping (1-5 days) - The price is calculated during checkout. Please note express shipping cannot be used for PO Box Addresses in the US.

- Returns & Replacements
- We want you to be totally satisfied with your watch so we offer a no fuss return policy. We’ll offer a full refund (minus shipping if applicable) if you return any unsuitable or unwanted item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Such goods must be returned to us unused and with all the original packaging.
- Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
- If you have a problem with the watch after wearing it this then becomes an 'under warranty' case. See here for further information.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- The watch must be in it's original condition with no signs of wear. We must be able to sell the watch as 'new' so be very careful with the watch if you are considering returning it. Something as simple as buckling a leather strap will result in a crease which means the watch can no longer be sold as new. All the original manuals, boxes, tags etc. must also be returned in their original condition.
- The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery. We aim to process refunds as soon as we receive the returned item but please allow up to 14 days.
You must include a 'Returns Form' with the return. Please contact us for a copy of the form and to find out the return address. Failure to include the form with result in a delay with the processing of the return. - Warranties
- All our watches come with a 1 to 5 year manufacturers warranty. The length of the warranty can be found in the watches description, under the 'More Info' tab. Please be aware of some internet watch companies not offering any warranty with their watches. All watches purchased from Twisted Time are guaranteed authentic, brand new, in original condition with all boxes, instruction manuals and serial numbers intact. We only buy watches directly from the manufacturers or their distribution partners. We are authorised dealers of all the watches we stock. In the unlikely event that your watch should break please see the warranty card included with your watch for instructions on how to return it to the manufacturer who will either repair or replace it. Generally, you will be liable for the shipping costs involved in returning the watch.
- I Can't Find the Watch I Want!
- If you are looking for a particular watch from one of the brands we carry but can't see it on the site please contact us and we will do our best to source it for you. Once we know what you are looking for we will be able to give you a price and an estimate of how long it will take for us to get the watch.
- What Payment Methods do You Accept
- You can use any of the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover or PayPal.
- Currency Rates
All transactions will be processed in GBP. All other currencies are only provided as approximates. If using any other currency other than GBP the final amount debited from your bank account may vary slightly (up or down) depending on the conversion rate used by your bank. Our currency conversion rates are updated daily.
- I'm from the Channel Islands. Do I need to pay VAT?
You are not required to pay VAT if you are from the Channel Islands. When checking out please ensure you DON'T choose the UK as the shipping country. Instead you should select Jersey or Guernsey. Once any of these countries are used as the shipping country no VAT will be applied.
- What happens if the watch battery has stopped working?
Please note that batteries supplied with watches are installed at the factory to check the watch is working. Due to the time the watch spends in warehousing before being delivered to you the battery may have started to run down. This means we are unable to guarantee how long the initial battery will last after you receive it. Batteries are therefore not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and neither Twisted Time or the manufacturer can be held liable for the cost of replacing the battery.
- WEEE Regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow customers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
Twisted Time is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when you buy from us a new Electrical or Electronic product.
For Example, if a customer bought a new EEE item from us we would accept their old WEEE item and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Cost of shipping would be the customers responsibility
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below.

Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after the 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so they can be recycled.
